Proposed Development at 10063 Riverside Drive

Currently there are plan to build 38 residential units and roughly 10,000 sq. ft. of retail where our Post Office, the UPS Store and the Riverside Restaurant/Red Door stands. They propose providing only 28 parking spaces (1/2 space per unit).

Attend the scoping session at Harmony Toluca Lake Church, 4301 Cahuenga Blvd., Toluca Lake on July 27th. 9AM to 2PM to weigh in on this development, as well as future zoning plans for Toluca Lake.  Note that Councilmember Ryu will be in attendance at 10AM.  https://www.southeastvalleyplans.org/updates.html
