Dear Valued Customer,

As an essential services organization, all of us at ACS Security are committed to providing safety and security to the customers and communities we serve. We will be working throughout the COVID-19 outbreak and will continue to follow the best practices for health/safety measures closely.   

As we protect the safety of our customers and the health of our team during this global crisis, we are focusing on ensuring that essential services can be provided. We have a very robust disaster recovery and business continuity plan for our security monitoring facility, and should we need to enact it, have an alternate monitoring facility able to support emergency response calls.  

Essential security support, including monitoring, guard/patrol response, and technical support, will continue to be operating in force.

For non-essential services, please visit our website www.acssecurity.com and login to your customer account. From there, you can make a payment, submit a service question, customer support request, and much more. Our team will be checking regularly and will get back to you as soon as possible. 

We have advised our employees on how to stay healthy and to stay home if not feeling well. We ask the same of our customers. If you have been exposed to COVID-19, traveled outside the United States, or display symptoms indicative of the virus, please cancel your appointment, and we will reschedule you after 14 days of self-quarantine.
