• You acknowledge that you will be solely responsible for your use of the vehicle should you win the drawing.

• You acknowledge and understand that the purchase of a ticket for this drawing does not guarantee that you will win the prize. The drawing is a game of chance, and the outcome is determined by a random selection process. Your ticket purchase solely provides you with an opportunity to participate in the drawing but does not assure or guarantee that you will be selected as the winner.

• You understand that the vehicle may differ from the images in the marketing materials for the drawing.

• You are aware that the Toluca Lake Homeowner's Association is a 501(c)(4) organization, and therefore, contributions to it are not deductible for federal income tax purposes as charitable contributions.

• You agree to allow the Toluca Lake Homeowner's Association and its affiliated parties to publicly announce your name if you are selected as the winner.

• You can trust that the Toluca Lake Homeowner's Association will not share your personal information without your explicit consent.

• You agree to pick up the golf cart within 48 hours of being notified of your win; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize, and another name will be drawn as the winner.
